Sunburst Guide to Summer: August 11-18
The confirmation email for your stay with Sunburst Beach Vacations.
It's like you've seen the movie trailer for that film you're dying to
see over and over again. Sometimes you just pull it up to remind you
that it's just 6 months away. 5 weeks. Next Saturday. Your escape to
the some of the most beautiful beaches in the world is finally here.
Now what? As slow as it seemed the vacation came, it'll be over before you know it. Not planning out your time here could make for a less than memorable experience. "Oh, we had some frozen pizza and got the kids some ice cream sandwiches Tuesday night" is not nearly as enthralling as "Chef Anton and Dragon from Borago make the best filet mignon, tasted exactly how I remember it from two years ago. And we couldn't resist having their dark chocolate creme brulée! The kids each drew their own beach scenes in crayons on the paper on the table. The server suggested that we tear them off and put them up on the fridge when we got back. Best meal ever."
Even if you plan on being at the beach ninety percent of the time, that makes the one or two times you eat out or venture somewhere else even more important to plan out. Sunburst is a locally owned, family run company and we happen to really love our beach community. With that in mind, we want to share with you some ideas to make your vacation here fun and memorable. Here's a week of suggestions, it includes some of our favorite places and activities! Enjoy and remember, you can always check the Sunburst sponsored events calendar on SoWal.com for all of the happenings in the area!
